ROSIE (Medium crossbreed (possibly Staffy X, female, approx 3-4 years)
Rosie is a beautiful no fuss girl. She previously had a hard
life on the streets and was found under a house with her 7 pups. Her
pups were all fortunate to find their way into foster care but poor
Rosie nearly
got left behind because no-one wanted her. We cannot believe this
because despite her hardship you couldn't ask for a more devoted,
affectionate
and well behaved girl.
She is a very non-demanding dog who is easy to walk on lead, appears
house-trained and happily sits nearby patiently inside, does not bark,
does not jump up, travels well in the car, appears fine around cats,
has good doggy manners and gets along well with dogs of all ages and
sizes.
Rosie's needs are simple - she wants to be with her humans and devote
herself entirely to them. For this reason, Rosie's ideal
family would be home most of the time and/or have another companion to
keep her company while they were away for the day and would actively
include her in the families activities. As with all dogs, Rosie
needs secure
fencing to ensure her safety.
If you would like to welcome this special girl into your family, she'd
love to hear from you.
Rosie is desexed, C5 vaccinated, microchipped, wormed, heartworm
tested, on heartworm preventative and available for $230.

NICK
(Medium crossbreed (possibly Staffy X, male, 5 months))
Nick is a very sweet little boy who is naturally inquisitive, playful
and affectionate. He enjoys playing with other dogs, whether
it
is a wrestle, a chase game or whatever's going. He likes to
know what you
are up to and will often follow you around like a little
shadow. He also
loves a good cuddle on the couch while watching your favourite TV shows
with you.
He does not appear to show any interest in cats. He is crate
trained and appears housetrained also. He enjoys car rides, taking in
the
scenery quietly or having a snooze until you reach your destination.
He has a healthy appetite and has no qualms about sharing his food bowl.
He is currently learning to walk on lead and sit on command. Like all
pups, Nick would benefit from puppy classes to help expose him to the
outside world, continue his training and socialisation with other dogs.
Nick has moderate exercise needs which can be met by a brisk daily walk
and interactive games with his family. Ideally Nick's new home
would have a doggy companion to keep him company.
If you would like to welcome this sweet little boy into your family,
he'd love to hear from you.
Nick is desexed, C5 vaccinated, microchipped, wormed, heartworm tested,
on heartworm preventative and available for $300.

LEILA (Mastiff Mix)
Female about 11 months old
Mediumlarge
Leila is a beautiful girl with a lovely, calm nature. She is still just
a big pup and loves playing with toys and having games with other
dogs. She is clever and observant and learns quickly. She adjusts to
new rules without much effort on the part of her humans, and if put
through formal training she should be just brilliant. She is now toilet
trained and well behaved inside the house. She is also a pleasure to
walk, as she is good both on and off leash.
Leila has a typical laid-back mastiff nature. She is very affectionate
and loves giving kisses- and she's got the softest muzzle for that! :)
She is not at all a barker, but is already showing she that will be a
good watch dog.
She is friendly and playful with other dogs, but will respond to strong
challenge (even though she'd rather avoid trouble), so she'd be
better not housed with a dominant female.
She is very friendly and trusting with people and easy to handle. Her
foster carer believes she'd be great will older kids; she might be too
much for younger kids due to her size though.
Leila has moderate exercise needs, but still she needs regular
walks/exercise and, ideally, a playful doggie companion.
She travels well in the car so will be easy to take on those family
outings.
Leila has been wormed, microchipped,
vaccinated,
desexed, is on heartwork prevention and is available
for $260.
