CASPAR Maltese boy aged about 4 years
Caspar
has a lovely affectionate nature, is housetrained, quiet, well behaved
both indors and out, mixes well with other dogs and cats and is very
fond of children.
He also walks nicely on lead, travels well,
doesn't mind the clippers and is just a very relaxed dog who is easy to
live with. Caspar would like a new home, preferably with children who
will give him lots of gentle cuddles and brush his lovely coat which
will require regular grooming and/or clipping.
Caspar is not a

LILLY tiny
(about 3 kilos) scruffy girl approx 3 years old
Lilly
is so sweet, her whole body just turns itself inside out when she sees
you. She is a little dog that is full of life and has loads
of
personality.
Lilly is
housetrained,
she sleeps through the night, she loves the car, she would make an
ideal pooch for a little girl/boy who was gentle with animals as Lilly
would love to be the centre of her world, she loves to be picked up,
she snuggles into your arm when you are watching telly,

Chinese
Crested cross approx 12 months old
Scooter is
an absolutely gorgeous dog - one of those rare, perfect finds that make
you wonder how on earth he ended up needing rescue. He has stunning
good looks with his cute face, his coat is soft and is low<
maintenance and low shedding.
Scooter has a wonderful personality to match. He's a happy boy who is
playful without being too energetic. He loves a romp around the yard or
a bit of a gentle wrestle with another small dog, and like most dogs,
loves his walks. He is very friendly with other animals, being playful
and submissive with dogs, he is also fine with cats, Scoota needs
another dog his size as he just loves to play.
Scooter loves people and enjoys walking and playing with you as well as
having a cuddle. He learns quickly and is eager to please and very
responsive. Because of his all-round beautiful nature he would be very
well suited to a family situation where he'd enjoy playing with the
kids and watching telly with Mum and Dad.
Scooter needs to be allowed to come inside and he must sleep inside as
he would die in Canberra's winters, he needs to feel he belongs to the

BUFFY Maltese/cross
girl approx 3 kilos and approx 3 years old
Buffy is a
quiet, affectionate little girl who has settled extremely well into her
foster home. She was
found wandering the streets as a stray and is looking for a family who
will enjoy her smiley
personality.
She
comes when called and is always happy to be picked up and cuddled
anytime. She gets on well with the dogs in her foster home but Buffy
loves people and is happiest when she is snuggled up on your lap or in
your arms.
Being such a small dog Buffy would be suited
to a home where she is the only dog or with or with a doggy friend of
similar size. Even though she loves cuddles she is a delicate girl
& a home with older children ( 8 years+ as she can still be a
little mouthy) she should not be around very small children for this
reason, she would probably be fine as a companion to a semi/retired
person/couple who is still active would be the best forever home for
our Buffy.
Buffy appears to be housetrained, she loves the
car, she would love to go for walks. Buffy’s coat is low
maintenance so she would only need a groom every 3-4 months.
Buffy needs to be an inside/outside dog, she needs to belong to her
family, she needs to sleep inside as well.
Buffy is NOT a
handbag dog and will not be rehomed because she is small and cute, she
needs her new family to love her because of her personality/character
not for her cuteness.

FLOSSY

Flossy is an absolute delight to have in my home. She is the most
engaging little dog, her tail never stops wagging. She is a confident
and affectionate girl, she just loves everyone, she is totally devoted
and loyal to her special humans. She is a real smoocher and like most
dogs she loves to be cuddled. Flossy loves going for walks,
the
car, she is housetrained and she sleeps through the night. Flossy’s
coat is low maintenance she will only need a brush once a week, if that.
Flossy
LOVES kids (older rather than young ones approx over 8 years old)
Flossy and Trixie are a pair and are very bonded they need to go to the
same home as one would not cope without the other and I really can’t
separate them. These 2 are the most adorable pooches, they do wander
off on their own but they and are never far from each others side.
These
girls aren’t sooky babes they are just a delightful pair, so if you are
looking for 2 dogs and are having trouble finding 2 dogs who get along
maybe check out these girls, they would suit a variety of homes, but
would prefer older children as opposed to the young ones who can be a
little intimidating, they may suit an older semi/retired couple who
have always wanted 2 dogs and now that they are retired they can start
looking to share their retirement with 2 beautiful girls who are no
trouble at all.

Well, where do I start? I am very smoochy and love love love being

cheeky monkey.

Trixie:
She would say that I am a loveable, affectionate girl with lots to
give. Although I can be a little mischievous it gives me character so I

JILLY
Cross breed girl 12 months old
Jilly is a mixture of a few cross breeds so it is hard to pick
which may be her dominant gene, doesn’t matter as she is just the
sweetest little girl, she is under 12 months old.
Jilly
came from Griffith Pound and spent 2 weeks in care before starting her
journey to Canberra, her training while in care was coming along really
well and needs to continue in her new home, as it was obvious that she
was not given the basic training while still young so that she could
have a heads start in life, she needs a committed family who will guide
her in the next couple of weeks so that she knows what is expected of
her.
Jilly would love another dog her size to play with as she cannot be an
only dog.
She
is a gorgeous girl who will make a great companion for life for a
family with older kids (kids have a way of teaching dogs to do
anything) who will love her for her, she loves other dogs, loves to
play, she sleeps through the night, she loves laps to curl up on while
the family are watching telly.
Jilly is good on lead so would
love to get out and about with the family, she needs to be included in
family activities, where dogs are allowed, she MUST be an inside dog at
night as she has a short coat and would just die in Canberra’s winters,
she needs that human company to grow up a well adjusted, acceptable
member of the doggie and human world, she has a head start as she is
just devine.
