arrived in to care in July 2008 and she has now after all this time
found her new forever home today 29th March 2009, she has gone to a
great home just down the road from me (her carer) so I will be able to
still see her occasionally, she has gone to live with a family of 2
adults and 2 kids and most importantly 2 long haired Chihuahuas ( I did
ask the people to do a swap, they take Pippie and I take of one of
their chihuahuas since they are after all my true love, they declined
politely) Pippie has really landed on her feet, although a
sad
day for me it more than makes up for it knowing that she can now be
settled for the rest of her life in a great home and with great people
and pooches, I wish her well.

Roly
has settled in very well. He slept through his first night on the couch
in the family room without a problem, although he did try to convince
Mum to let him up on the bed by flashing his big, soft eyes at her! I
think Roly is very happy to have his own people now and he shows it in
many ways. His first meeting with the grandkids went very well and they
all love him very much because he smooches up to them beautifully.
I
would like to thank you for the way you helped us select such an
appropriate pet for my parents. Roly has the most amazing temperament
and I didn't think we could find such a good fit for my parents in such
a short time of searching. He is making a huge difference in their
lives already.

Hi Gail,
A note to let you know how I'm going in my new home- well they had to
change my name 'cause they kept forgetting to say Bronson- actually I
think I'm more of a Benson. We all went to the coast last weekend-
walks on the beach - and swims- that salty water is not too good to
drink. Favourite thing was sitting on end of mum's sun lounge watching
all the goings on. It was pretty hectic - so I slept all they way home.
Have been out the last few nights looking up in the sky at something
called McNaught. Sounds like a good name for a dog.
Well best get
ready we are going out to the Cotter for a cool off. Thanks heaps for
rescueing me and finding me a home where I am king.
