- ART EXHIBITION
May 2008: CPR's graphic designer Liz Faul (who created our 'heart dog' logo) is having an exhibition of her artworks. The exhibition is on from 20–31 May 2008 at
Door 3 Artspace at the Q,
Lowe Street, Queanbeyan.

- CPR AT THE RSPCA MILLION PAWS WALK
May 2008: We had a great stall at the MPW this year. Thankyou to everyone who donated, purchased doggy fundraising items, and visited the dogs.
Thankyou also to the wonderful volunteers who attended the stall, donated fundraising items and took our lucky foster dogs in the walk.

- CPR WILL BE AT THE RSPCA MILLION PAWS WALK, 18TH MAY 2008
May 2008: CPR will be at this years Million Paws Walk, held at Commonwealth Park. Come and visit to buy doggy products, and meet some of the lovely fosters looking for new homes.

- DOMESTIC ANIMAL SERVICES OPEN DAY
CPR are having a stall at the DAS open day this Saturday 12 April. Mugga Lane Symondson, 10am-3pm. Download the flyer here.
- Angel Paws has joined forces with CPR!
Angel Paws dog training and consulting are now supporters of CPR, and offer their behaviourist services to CPR dogs. The first Angel Paws Walk for a Cause is also being held on April 26. It is a free event and will collect donated items for CPR. To register for the Walk for a Cause, download this flyer, or email angelpawsbiz@hotmail.com

- MAGGIE NEEDS YOUR HELP
March 2008: Foster Maggie needed special veterinary care after arriving in care. She was in a lot of pain from rotten teeth and untreated infections in both ears. She underwent surgery and had seven teeth removed, and both ears cleaned, and is starting to feel much better.
If you can help Maggies foster carer to continue to rescue dogs like Maggie who need extra medical care before they can be adopted, please go to our DONATIONS page, or use PayPal to make a direct donation.
- 10 Dec 2007: Our wonderful foster dogs have had a word in our ear, and asked if we can help out their feline 'cousins' during this busy kitten season. We of course said 'yes', so you will find some gorgeous kittens and young cats for adoption on our "Meet the dogs and cats " page!
- 5 Nov 2007: The draw for the CPR raffle took place at 6.15 pm on 5 November.
The winners are:

- Nov 2007: GOOD NEWS!! DAVEY HAS BEEN FOUND
| Foster dog Davey, who went missing from his new home on the 25 September in the Palmerston/Nichols area, has been found and returned to his owners. Thankyou to everyone who helped out by putting up posters. It was via one of the many posters around Canberra that he made his way home. |

- Sept 2007: The CPR stall at PetExpo was a great success
The stall was very popular and lots of people met our gorgeous dogs available for adoption and found out about the rescue work that CPR does.
